Our Commitment & Membership Scope:

At NEA UK, we are dedicated to fostering a strong professional network and supporting the career development of Nepalese engineers in the UK.

To ensure a transparent and valuable experience for all members, we want to be clear about the scope of our services and the nature of our organization.

1. We Are a Professional Network, Not a Recruitment Agency Our mission is to provide Employability Support - including CV reviews, interview preparation, and career guidance - to help you navigate the UK job market. However, NEA UK is not a recruitment agency or a job placement firm.

  • We do provide the tools, mentorship, and platform to enhance your employability.

  • We cannot guarantee job offers, secure interviews on your behalf, or directly place members into roles.

2. Volunteer-Led Community NEA UK is run entirely by a dedicated Executive Team of volunteers who are also full-time professionals working in various engineering sectors.

  • Our team dedicates their personal time to run events and support members because of a shared commitment to our motto: "Knowledge is Power. Labour is Devotion".

  • While we strive to be responsive, please understand that responses to queries or CV reviews are provided subject to the availability of our volunteers.

3. Proactive Engagement Membership is a two-way street. We provide platforms for connection—such as networking events, seminars, and technical workshops - but the value you gain depends on your participation.

  • We encourage members to actively attend sessions and utilize the resources provided.

  • Success in the UK engineering sector requires proactive effort, and we are here to guide you, not to manage the process for you.
