Nepal Engineers' Association UK (NEA UK) hosted its inaugural Christmas Dinner for members and non-members at the Everest Spice Restaurant in Woking on December 17, 2022.

The event was joined  by our members, family and special guests.

Distinguished guests, including Woking Councillor, ex-Gurkha Captain Chitra Rana Magar, and prominent social worker Rajendra Chhetri, shared their valuable experiences and advice with NEA-UK members.

Notably, Mr Chhetri is the first registered male Nurse in the UK and actively participates in helping the Nepalese community.

The event proved to be a resounding success, with attendees engaging in stimulating conversations, enjoying delectable Nepalese cuisine, and participating in an exciting raffle draw.

Aarush Ghale, Dipesh Rai, and Shagar Gurung were the winners of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd raffle draw prizes, respectively.

NEA-UK Chairperson, Udip Rai, concluded the evening by thanking everyone. He expressed his enthusiasm for future dinners and events and extended warm wishes for the New Year 2023. This is definitely first of many more events to come in the future.

Happ New Year to the NEA-UK Family :)
